Description
The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office is seeking a vendor to provide website hosting services and maintenance support for their website, built on Drupal, and other platforms such as Wix and WordPress. The selected vendor will be responsible for routine content updates, security maintenance, and regular updates, as well as providing technical assistance and support for the website. The contract will be for a 36-month term, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funding. Some key features of the scope of work include: maintaining platform security and stability, providing 24/7 support for emergencies, and ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards.
• Maintaining the website using responsive design techniques to ensure optimal viewing and functionality across a wide range of devices
• Providing monthly maintenance and uptime reports
• Ensuring the existing multi-language solution is maintained
• Conducting a review of all existing content to ensure it's ADA accessible and providing recommended solutions to any content that needs to be updated
