Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources that can provide window cleaning services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The services will include cleaning interior and exterior windows, skylights, and surfaces at three facilities: the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, and the Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials to perform the services and demonstrate past experience in window cleaning.
• The contract period will be for one base year with four optional one-year extensions.
• The contractor must comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• A site visit will be scheduled for interested contractors to view the facilities.
