Description
The Texas A&M University is seeking a contractor to replace the existing major mechanical equipment, including exterior air-cooled chiller, indoor air handler units, major plumbing equipment, and addition of electrical panels at the 1111 Research Parkway Building. The project includes the specification of front-end digital controls in mechanical spaces for integration with future mechanical equipment. The contractor will be responsible for all interior equipment to be added or replaced, which will be located within the existing main mechanical rooms on the first and second floor.
