Notice of Intent to Sole Source - AN/TPX-61(V)3 IFF

The United States Marine Corps intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Raytheon Company for the hardware and software life cycle management support of the AN/TPX-61(V)3 Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) interrogator. The contract will be a hybrid Cost Reimbursement / Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance of one year and four option years. The AN/TPX-61(V)3 IFF interrogator is part of the Marine Air Defense Integrated System (MADIS) program. • The contract is for the life cycle management support of the AN/TPX-61(V)3 IFF interrogator. • The contract is a sole-source award to Raytheon Company. • The contract has a period of performance of one year with four option years. • The AN/TPX-61(V)3 IFF interrogator is part of the MADIS program.
