Job Order Contract - Earthworks and Channel Maintenance

Mohave County is seeking qualified contractors to provide Earthworks and Channel Maintenance services on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a term of one year with options to renew. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to complete assigned projects. The county anticipates awarding contracts to multiple contractors, and each contractor will be assigned to specific service areas. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining insurance, supervising and directing all work, and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the contract and industry standards. • The contractor must have experience in earthworks and channel maintenance. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to complete assigned projects. • The contractor must be able to work on an as-needed basis and respond quickly to requests from the county. • The contractor must be able to maintain insurance and provide proof of insurance to the county. • The contractor must be able to supervise and direct all work and ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the contract and industry standards.
