Description
The County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department, is seeking bids for software and services related to identity recovery. The solicitation includes three line items: Rubrik Identity Recovery, Remote Consulting Services, and Identity Resilience with Premium Support. Bidders must provide a copy of the signed bid package, along with a manufacturer's letter stating that they are an authorized reseller. The bid response must be submitted online via the County's Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on May 20, 2026.
• The software and services must meet the minimum performance requirements of the County of Los Angeles.

• The bidder must provide professional liability insurance with limits of not less than $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
