Description
The Floyd County Board of Commissioners are seeking sealed bids from contractors to provide Porta Toilet services for special events scheduled by the Rome/Floyd Parks & Recreation Department. The services will be needed for several events throughout the year, including the Leprechaun-a-Thon, BBQ Cook Off/Festival, 4th of July Celebration/Fireworks, Road Race, and Chili Fest Cook Off/Festival. The contractor will need to provide pricing for each unit, including labor, materials, tools, delivery, and pickup. The winning vendor will be required to provide a Contractor Affidavit (E-Verify) or S.A.V.E. Form as well as a Certificate of Insurance with Floyd County listed as the Certificate Holder.
