Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Service - SG22-260

The Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) is seeking quotes for the Senior Grant Program Construction Rehabilitation Services for a property located at 21106 Royal Blvd, Torrance, CA 90502. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the required work in accordance with the Statement of Work. The contractor must have a Class B General Building Contractor license and/or a B-2 Residential Remodeling Contractor license, as well as EPA Lead-Safe certification. The project has a completion period of 30 calendar days from the date noted in the Notice to Proceed, and a non-completion penalty of $500 per day if the required work is not performed in accordance with the terms of the agreement. • Insurance requirements include general liability, workers' compensation, automobile, crime, pollution liability, and asbestos pollution liability insurance. • The contractor must also comply with various regulations, including child support compliance, equal employment opportunity, and zero tolerance human trafficking policy. • The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, and the award of the contract is contingent upon the approval of the homeowner's grant application.
