Highway: Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program

The City of Manchester is seeking bids for the Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program, which involves the addition of a northbound right turn lane from South Willow Street to Weston Road, sidewalk reconstruction, ADA compliant ramps and crossings, pavement milling and overlay, and drainage improvements.
