ODOC - Graphics Application for SFM & OFA Mobile Training Labs & Vehicles

Ohio’s Division of State Fire Marshal is seeking a qualified vendor to design, produce, and install reflective exterior graphics on a wide variety of agency vehicles and trailers for FY‑27. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and on‑site installation, meeting strict technical specifications (3M Scotchlite, Diamond Grade, or Orafol Oralite V98 reflectives; 3M gloss laminate; Roland 8‑color printing with TrueVis ink). The scope includes sedans, pickup trucks, utility trailers, semi‑tractors, 53‑foot semi‑trailers, and fire apparatus such as engines, ladders, rescues, and specialty units. Pricing is encouraged via a detailed rate sheet covering per‑unit costs, labor rates, material costs, travel fees, and possible volume discounts.
