Lighting Display Installation

Georgia Southern University seeks a qualified professional lighting contractor to create a festive, cohesive holiday lighting display across its Statesboro campus. The contractor must design the concept, supply all equipment, install the system before the first week of November 2026, provide ongoing maintenance throughout the holiday season, and handle removal and potential storage after the season ends. The project includes strict aesthetic requirements (only clear or blue lights), non‑damage installation methods for historic structures and mature trees, rapid‑response repair within 24 hours, and a detailed technical plan for powering un‑served zones. A cost worksheet must be completed; the contract term is one year with up to four optional one‑year renewals.
