NOTICE OF INTENT: Operating Lease, Subscription, and Support for Eyecon 9420

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit (KSU) intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Scriptpro USA Inc for operating lease, subscription, and support for the Eyecon Pill Counter 9420. The period of performance is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. • The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to Scriptpro USA Inc. • The Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. • The required services for Eyecon 9420 are on-site at Kayenta Service Unit and leased by Scriptpro USA Inc. • No other awardee can meet the Government's requirement.
