Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver full‑turnkey services for Level 2 electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) at multiple city‑identified locations. The contract covers every phase of the project—from site planning, design, permitting, and electrical upgrades, through procurement, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance, including signage, inspection, and potential end‑of‑life disassembly. Vendors must demonstrate expertise across civil and electrical engineering, construction, and EV charging technology, and be able to manage the complete lifecycle of the charging stations.
• Scope includes site planning, grading, utility coordination, and design documentation.
• Vendor must handle permitting, electrical infrastructure upgrades, equipment procurement, installation, network integration, and commissioning.
• Ongoing operation, maintenance, software updates, signage, and possible equipment removal are required.
