Description
The South Carolina Judicial Branch is seeking a qualified audiovisual company to provide full‑service AV installation, operation, teardown, and videography for its Annual Judicial Conference held at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The contractor must supply audio‑mixing equipment, microphones, projection systems, and video capture gear, edit recordings to MP4, and deliver one priority video within 24 hours and all others by October 9. Two award lots are offered: Lot A (comprehensive AV & video for the main conference) and Lot B (basic AV for a concurrent Court Reporters Conference). The vendor must pass an SLED background check, be a registered SC vendor, and carry required insurance.
• Provide AV hardware (mixers, mics, projectors, screens) for a main ballroom and three breakout rooms.
• Capture, edit, and turn‑around video of ≈ 6 presentations, with rapid delivery for a priority session.
• Submit separate pricing and equipment lists for Lot A and Lot B, and attend a mandatory site‑visit on July 10 to finalize estimates.
