WASHINGTON POOL CANOPY AND STORAGE

The City of Charlottesville is requesting quotes for the modification of the existing metal canopy frame to install a new waterproof canopy and the construction of a 10'x20' storage shed at the Washington Pool. The scope of services includes demolition, removal and reinstallation of existing and new fixtures, cutting and patching, and thorough cleaning of the project site. The contractor shall hold a current and valid Commonwealth of Virginia Contractor's License and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The project is expected to start on or after March 30, 2026, and be substantially completed by April 30, 2026, with final completion by May 8, 2026. • The contractor shall provide proof of insurance and comply with all insurance requirements. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety. • The contractor shall maintain a high level of worker and site safety and comply with all safety precautions. • The contractor shall verify all existing conditions and dimensions prior to commencement of work and advise the Owner immediately upon discovery of variances. • The contractor shall comply with all requirements related to the use of City forms and terms and conditions.
