Pleasant Run Road Wastewater Rehabilitation

The City of Lancaster is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the Pleasant Run Road Wastewater Rehabilitation Project, which includes the installation of a new PVC sewer line, rehabilitation of manholes, concrete pavement restoration, and associated improvements. The project is expected to commence upon award of the contract and must be substantially completed within 180 calendar days. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of the project. The proposal must include a cover letter, relevant experience, cost proposal, schedule, references, and required forms. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. Key aspects of the project include: • Mobilization and trench safety measures • Installation of approximately 647 LF of 8-inch SDR-26 PVC sewer pipe • Rehabilitation of 17 manholes • Pavement and sidewalk replacement disturbed by construction • Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) backfill and embedment as needed • Bypass pumping, vacuum testing, and CCTV inspection of sewer lines • Full traffic control plan implementation in accordance with TxDOT and MUTCD standards
