Description
The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to perform spot‑painting and full repainting, including concrete coating, on four bridges (3072, 3081, 3085 N, and 3085 S) along the West Virginia Turnpike. The work must be completed by June 30 2026 and requires electronic bid submission via Bid Express, a bid bond of 5 % of the proposal amount (minimum $2,000), and pre‑qualification under WVDOH specifications.
• Scope includes approximately 36,000 sf of steel painting and 23,000 sf of concrete coating across the four bridges.
• Bid deadline is 3:00 PM on December 2 2025; bids will be opened publicly thereafter, with a teleconference option.
• Contractors must provide required security, certify EEO compliance, and must not be debarred or ineligible.
