Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide blood and blood products to the VA Spokane WA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing healthcare resources as stated in the solicitation and in accordance with Public Law 104.262 and 38 U.S.C. 8153. The contractor must complete Attachment A, and failure to do so will result in disqualification as a non-responsive offer.
