Industrial Pumps, Motors, Filters, and Flow Meters - ESC Region 19 Allied States Cooperative

The Region 19 Education Service Center – Allied States Cooperative (ASC) is seeking vendors to provide industrial pumps, motors, filters, and flow meters. The successful vendor will be responsible for maintaining quality standards throughout the contract period and providing value-added services. The scope of work includes centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, dewatering, sump & sewage pumps, chemical & metering pumps, flow meters, filtration equipment, motors, controls, HVAC related parts and equipment, mechanical seals, turnkey pump system solutions, turnkey estimates, installation, service, and any other related goods/services utilized by schools, cities, counties, universities, community colleges, state administered agencies, and other governments. Key points to consider: • The contract will be for an indefinite period with the option for renewal • Vendors must provide pricing based on a discount from a price list or catalog or fixed price, or a combination of both with indefinite quantities • Electronic catalog and/or price lists must accompany the proposal • The vendor is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, fees, and licenses as may be required by local authorities having jurisdiction • The vendor must verify compliance with local authorities having jurisdiction prior to commencing work
