Description
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting competitive bids for home modifications for a single Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) customer in Quinlan, TX. The scope of work includes the purchase and installation of wheelchair ramps and accessible showers in the homes of VR customers, enabling them to participate more fully in job training and employment opportunities. The total cost must include pricing for all line items listed in Form 2 - Cost Sheet.
• The contract term is contingent upon the continued availability of funding.
• TWC reserves the right to cancel, make partial award, or decline to award a contract under this solicitation at any time at its sole discretion.
• The successful bidder must obtain prior written approval from TWC if any part of the contract is to be subcontracted.
• The subcontractor must comply with all applicable requirements of TWC.
