RFP #27-U-001 - SECTION 10 WRP BLOWER BUILDINGS IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Bullhead City is seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct two new blower buildings (aeration‑basin and digester) at its Section 10 Water Reclamation Plant (WRP). The scope includes site excavation, new yard piping, concrete foundations, walls, floors, masonry block walls, roofing, doors, hatches, HVAC, conduit, electrical wiring and equipment, as well as integration with existing plant piping, utility protection, asphalt patching, curb & gutter replacement, and full site restoration. The contractor must supply all necessary materials and equipment, install Owner‑provided equipment, perform testing and start‑up, and coordinate with the Owner’s SCADA programmer. No pre‑bid conference is required; the bid deadline is September 17, 2026, with a project completion deadline of May 1, 2027.
