Description
The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is seeking a video borescope system to support their personnel. The system should have a probe length of either 2.0m (6.6ft) or 3m (~10ft), as both will work for their use. The required delivery date is 30 September 2026. The evaluation factors will be price, technical acceptability, and past performance. The Government will make a source selection based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
* The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 334511.
* The offerors must comply with all instructions contained in the solicitation.
* The offerors must submit their quotes via email to Esther Cing and Dayen Lagunas.
* The Government will evaluate the proposed price of each quote for reasonableness.
* The Government will evaluate if the quote meets all of the salient characteristics of the Statement Of Work.
* The Government will evaluate the vendors' SPRS ratings in Past Performance Evaluations.
