WASTEWATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT

The County of Westchester is seeking bids for the purchase of wastewater treatment equipment, including drive shafts, break pin hubs, hand wheels, and other components. The equipment is for the Port Chester Wastewater Treatment Plant. The bid includes 13 items with varying quantities. The County encourages participation by service-disabled veteran-owned and minority- and woman-owned businesses. • The bid is for a one-time purchase with a delivery date of ASAP after notice of award. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the vendor's name, bid number, and due date on the outside. • The bid must be received by the Bureau of Purchase and Supplies by 11:00 AM PDT on 10/30/2025. • The County will make payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) program. • The bid must include a certification that the vendor is not on the list created pursuant to paragraph (b) of subdivision 3 of section 165-a of the State finance law.
