Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide drug product testing services for the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance, Division of Professional Registration, Missouri Board of Pharmacy. The contractor will be responsible for testing drug products for sterility, endotoxin, fungal, and potency, as requested by the state agency. The contractor must have three years of experience in providing drug product testing services, be FDA registered, DEA registered, and compliant with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP)/Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). The contract period will be for one year, with the option for renewal.

• Providing drug product testing services in accordance with state and federal standards

• Providing test results in an electronic format to the state agency contact person
• Maintaining financial and accounting records and evidence pertaining to the contract
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
