Description
Hall County Government is seeking qualified Contractors to provide master planning and architectural design services for the construction of a new judicial complex. The project involves master planning, architectural design, and construction administration. The County is looking for firms with experience in similar projects, particularly in the public sector and judicial/courthouse facilities. The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, qualifications, and experience. The contract term will commence upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed and will continue through substantial completion of the design services and final inspection/acceptance by the County’s Project Manager.
Some key aspects of the project include:
• Master planning and architectural design for a new judicial complex
• Construction administration and collaboration with subcontractors and Owner vendors/consultants
• Cost estimating, budget control, and value engineering
• Security and MEP/F issues in Judicial/Courthouse design
• Path of travel for visitors, Judges, and inmates
