Flooring Materials and Installation Services

The County of Shasta is seeking responses to a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide various Flooring Materials and Installation Services for County buildings on an as-needed basis. The selected responder will be required to provide pricing, qualifications, experience, staffing levels, warranty, and professional licensure. The contract will be for three years, and the responder must be able to provide services in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to OSHA guidelines and using proper technique and equipment. The key services required include site verification, field measurement, inspection, and repair work, as well as providing technical advice and sales support. • The responder must possess all applicable licenses, certifications, and insurance to perform the work. • The responder must comply with local, state, and federal codes, legislation, procedures, and regulations affecting work in their profession. • The responder must have current and active California Contractor’s License with the following classifications: B, C-15, and C-54. • The responder must provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all equipment, materials, supplies, and labor. • The responder must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
