University of Louisville seeks a qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor to execute a comprehensive renovation of its three‑building Clubhouse student housing complex. The contractor will be responsible for exterior envelope replacement, roof reconstruction, structural repairs, interior finish upgrades, full HVAC replacement, plumbing and electrical system modernization, mold remediation, life‑safety updates, and integration of access‑control and security systems while maintaining continuous use of the on‑site parking garage.
