Professional On-Call Consulting Services- Public Works

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking professional on-call consulting services in 19 different public works areas, including civil engineering, climate action, and construction management. The selected consultants will be added to the City's pre-qualified on-call list and may be assigned work on an as-needed basis. The agreement term will be 3 years, and contracts will be awarded to multiple firms for each service category. The City is looking for firms with experience in the specified areas and a strong understanding of the work required. • The 19 service categories include: Civil Engineering, Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resilience Support Services, Construction Management and Cost Estimating, Electrical Consulting and Engineering, Emergency Management, Environmental Consulting and Monitoring, Geographic Information Systems, Geotechnical Services, Hydrology and Stormwater, Landscape Architecture, Material Testing, Mechanical Engineering Services, Pavement Management, Public Outreach, Right-of-Way, Subsurface Utility Engineering, Surveying, Traffic Engineering, and Water and Wastewater Consulting and Engineering. • The City is seeking firms with a strong understanding of the work required and the ability to perform the services on an as-needed basis. • The selected consultants will be required to execute an agreement in the form attached to the Request for Qualifications and comply with all requirements of the agreement.
