USCG Base Cape Cod Backflow repair, replacement and retest

The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to repair, replace, and retest 6 backflow preventers at USCG Base Cape Cod facilities. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the Service Contract Act and the contract's terms and conditions. The contractor must also comply with Executive Orders 13658 and 13706, which require the payment of a minimum wage of $13.65 per hour and provide paid sick leave to employees.
