Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive pest control services for the Oneonta District facilities. The contract covers monthly interior and exterior treatments for a variety of pests, including roaches, mice, rats, ants, silverfish, wasps, crickets, and spiders, as well as the management of labeled rodent bait boxes with monthly inspection and cleaning. The service period runs from October 1 2026 through September 30 2027, with a maximum contract value of $25,000 and an annual price‑escalation cap of 5 %.
• Monthly pest control for indoor and outdoor areas of Oneonta District Office, Maintenance Office, Project Offices, Shop, and Herbicide Buildings.
• Required treatment of roaches, mice, rats, ants, silverfish, wasps, crickets, spiders, and maintenance of rodent bait boxes (labeling, securing, monthly checks, and clean‑out).
• Contract runs 12 months (10/1/2026‑9/30/27), total ceiling $25 K, with potential annual renewals up to five years.
