Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide monthly pest‑control services for the Alabama Emergency Management Agency’s Montgomery Warehouse located at 2770 Gunter Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 35101. The contractor will be responsible for routine inspections, treatment of common indoor pests, record‑keeping, and ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations. A mandatory site visit is scheduled to allow prospective vendors to assess the facility and scope of work before submitting a quote.
• Monthly integrated pest‑management (IPM) including monitoring, treatment, and reporting
• Service must cover the entire warehouse interior and adjacent exterior perimeters
• Contractor must hold all required state licenses, insurance, and be registered in Alabama Buys
• Total contract ceiling cannot exceed $25 k; renewals may be annual up to five years provided the cumulative spend stays under the ceiling
• All invoices will be paid electronically; E‑Verify verification required within 5 days of request
