RMWTF Microbiology Research Laboratory Expansion

The Southern Nevada Water Authority is seeking bids for the construction of a two-story laboratory facility at the River Mountains Water Treatment Facility. The facility will include a general research laboratory, a 50-gpm pilot plant laboratory, and a microbiology laboratory, as well as office spaces, meeting rooms, and storage rooms. The project also includes improvements to the existing site, such as demolition of the pedestrian bridge, modification of retaining walls, and relocation of the potable water pipeline. The engineer's estimate for the project is $25,300,000. • The facility will be approximately 13,200 square feet. • The project includes a pre-bid conference and site visit. • Bidders are encouraged to read the contract documents before the pre-bid conference. • The bid opening will be held online via a scheduled Microsoft TEAMS Meeting.
