MULTIPLE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ON-CALL PANEL

The City of Riverside is establishing four on‑call professional‑service panels to support its capital‑improvement and facility‑maintenance projects. Qualified firms will be pre‑qualified to provide: (1) professional construction contract management, (2) geotechnical engineering, construction and materials testing with licensed deputy inspection, (3) architectural and building‑engineering design, and (4) cost estimation services. Up to five firms per service area (maximum 20 firms) will be selected, each entering a Master Agreement with a cumulative ceiling of $1 M over a possible five‑year term.
