The Itawamba Community College is accepting sealed bids for the provision of fitness center equipment and accessories. Bidders are required to submit pricing for all items included in the solicitation. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The anticipated date of the reverse auction is Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., with the projected date for award of bid being Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

• Bids will be received and evaluated to determine responsiveness and responsibility.
• The reverse auction will be conducted as a single pricing event based on the total bid price.
