Analytical Capability to Link Data for Domestic and International Companies

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking sources for a business analytical capability to link data, news, market research, and analytics for domestic and international companies. The desired capability should identify trends, connections, supply chains, ownership, leadership, interlocking corporate relationships, business operations, financial viability, industry position, merger and acquisition activity, and risk in the commercial and financial community. The capability should be able to aggregate news, supply chain and industrial sector analysis, corporate structure data, litigation materials, market insights, and deep financial analysis. Some key requirements include: • The capability must be ISO 9001 certified. • Searched information must not be retained, tracked, or made accessible to third parties. • All persons supporting engagement with DCSA must be U.S. citizens. The DCSA is seeking responses from small businesses, including Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses.
