The opportunity involves the provision of unmarked engineering data for a linkage assembly. The data is controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulation (EAR), and its export is restricted. The contractor must ensure that the data is not disseminated without approval or license from the Department of State or the Department of Commerce.
