Description
South Carolina State University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for all university facilities, including academic, residential, dining, athletic, laboratory, and ancillary buildings across the Main Campus and the 1890 research/extension properties. The contract is a fixed‑price, unit‑price arrangement with a base one‑year term and up to four optional one‑year renewals (maximum five‑year period). Services must include routine preventive treatments every six weeks, rapid emergency response (24‑hour standard, 3‑hour for health‑critical situations), a bed‑bug inspection program (minimum three inspections per year for housing), detailed documentation (SDS, pest‑control reports, service logs), and compliance with South Carolina pesticide licensing, EPA, and OSHA regulations. The contractor must hold a valid South Carolina Certified Application License, maintain required insurance, and provide background‑checked, uniformed personnel with campus ID badges.
