Description
The Upper Freehold Regional Board of Education is seeking a qualified photographic services firm to provide comprehensive school‑year photography for four locations (two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school) plus the district office. Services include bi‑annual individual student portraits, class and staff photos, extensive event coverage (athletic, graduation, and other school functions), and delivery of digital images in a standardized format to the district’s IT department. Vendors must meet extensive insurance, background‑check, and compliance requirements and submit a sealed proposal by the deadline.
• Scope covers four school sites and the district office for the 2026‑2027 academic year (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027).
• Required deliverables: JPEG files named by student ID or staff name, 200 × 300 px at 72 DPI, organized by school and transferred via portal or media.
• Vendor must provide a 10 % bid bond (max $20,000) if the contract exceeds the guarantee threshold, and supply extensive certifications (affidavits, insurance, background checks, etc.).
