The solicitation is for the procurement of WHEEL ASSEMBLY, TIRE AND, with a quantity of 19 and an option for 100% of the quantity. The solicitation includes a Technical Data Package (TDP) that contains purchased parts, and the contractor must provide the total quantity of the items in the solicitation. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor must provide a quality assurance system to ensure the quality of the contract items. • The contractor must provide a quote for the basic quantity and the option quantity. • The contractor must provide a description of their quality system, including how it achieves defect prevention, process control, and adequate quality controls throughout all areas of contract performance. • The contractor must provide supply chain traceability documentation, including the name and location of all supply chain intermediaries between the manufacturer and the government. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and the regulations regarding the use of Class I Ozone Depleting Substances (CIODS).
