The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking qualified firms to provide on‑call, hourly rental of a broad range of construction and maintenance equipment, together with operators and personnel, for general maintenance, incidental construction, and urgent repair work throughout Caroline, Spotsylvania, and Stafford Counties. The work is performed on a “as‑needed” basis under VDOT specifications, covering everything from labor crews to specialized machinery such as dozers, rollers, excavators, sweepers, pumps, and traffic‑control services. Bidders must submit unit‑hour rates for each item and service. • Equipment rental with qualified operators (e.g., dozers, rollers, excavators, sweepers, water pumps). • Labor services including general laborers, flaggers, crew supervisors, and specialized operators. • Additional services such as traffic control, tree trimming, and truck/van rentals. • Work locations are limited to the Fredericksburg Residency of the Fredericksburg District in Virginia.
