Primrose Parks Flag Poles

The City of Fulshear is seeking a vendor to provide and install three aluminum flagpole systems, associated lighting, and flags at the PrimRose Park project site. The project includes furnishing and installing three 50-foot aluminum flagpoles with internal halyard systems, providing solar-powered flagpole lighting units, and supplying three flags (United States, Texas State, and a custom flag). The contractor will be responsible for coordinating delivery and installation, providing all necessary tools and labor, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with industry standards. The city will be responsible for identifying and marking installation locations, providing notification of underground and overhead utilities, obtaining required permits, and ensuring site access is available. • Key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Coordinating delivery and installation with the city • Providing all necessary tools, equipment, and labor for installation • Ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and plumb installation • Performing installation during normal working hours • Providing a minimum 90-day warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship • The city's responsibilities include: • Identifying and marking installation locations • Providing notification of underground and overhead utilities • Obtaining required permits or approvals • Ensuring site access is available for installation
