Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Base Guam is seeking a contractor to supply, deliver, assemble, and install three desk cubicles for Building 3. The contractor must provide the exact manufacturer‑specified models, colors, and finishes, obtain factory order confirmation within five business days of order placement, and complete installation within 98 calendar days after receipt of order. Delivery includes inside delivery, full assembly, placement, and removal of packaging debris. Warranty handling and coordination with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) are required. • Provide three office desk cubicles exactly as per the attached price quotation • No substitutions without written CO/COR approval • Provide factory order confirmation within 5 business days • Deliver, assemble, and install within 98 days ARO • Include inside delivery, final placement, and disposal of packaging • Coordinate warranty claims for the standard manufacturer warranty
