Lafayette Tiny Homes Phase II

The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the construction of two tiny homes in the Lafayette Tiny Homes Community. The project includes the installation of utilities, construction of a concrete reinforced sidewalk, and the installation of underground electrical lines. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project. The project is expected to take 90 working days to complete. • The project consists of roughly 400 LF of water and sewer line each, 150 LF of underground electrical line, 100 SF of reinforced concrete sidewalk, a concrete block wall to hold new electrical boxes, and the two tiny homes. • All mobilization, clearing, and grubbing to be considered as part of the scope of work for this project while following city specifications and standards for all construction. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to reject any bid and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
