The State of Alabama, via Alabama Buys, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial and floor‑care services to the St. Clair County Health Department. This is a Quick‑Quote solicitation (RFQ‑style) with a single‑bid requirement—vendors must submit an “all‑or‑none” proposal covering every item listed in the solicitation’s Items tab and attached specifications. The contract is limited to a maximum total value of $25,000 (including any annual renewals) and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder that meets the mandatory compliance certifications (E‑Verify, de‑barment, tax registration, etc.). No partial bids are permitted.
• Scope includes routine cleaning, floor stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, and related custodial duties for health‑department facilities.
