Transportation Service for the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan

The U.S. Embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan is seeking transportation services to support the visits of Senior High Level USG Principals. The services required include sedans, buses, trucks, SUVs, vans, gas, dispatch support staff, tolls, drivers, and parking. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to one of the five pre-identified vendors: AFN Transportation Company, Car Service Agency LLC, Econom Transport AZ LLC, Sixt Car Rental Company, and Trend Transport LLC. The period of performance is approximately 20 January 2026 – 28 February 2026.
