The State of Vermont is seeking a vendor to supply a comprehensive inventory of U.S., Vermont, POW‑MIA, military service, historic, and specialty flags, along with related accessories, and to provide an integrated electronic ordering solution for state agencies. The contract is an IDIQ with a 24‑month base period (July 1 2026 start) and up‑to‑three optional 12‑month renewals. The vendor must also create a secure, State‑only online catalog, support CXML punch‑out, and meet cybersecurity and sustainability requirements.
• Provide a full line‑item catalog of flags (various sizes, materials, designs) and accessories, all priced all‑inclusive with FOB delivery.
• Build and maintain a State‑only e‑catalog and punch‑out capability (CXML) that integrates with VT Buys, supporting multiple ship‑to/bill‑to addresses and UNSPSC coding.
• Meet Vermont’s cybersecurity standards, offer a minimum 1‑year warranty, submit quarterly sales reports, and comply with sustainability/green procurement preferences.
