Request for Proposals - Priority Docking

The City of Paducah Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from River Cruise companies for priority docking agreements, utilizing the City of Paducah’s docking facilities located along the Ohio River. The City of Paducah is accepting responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from organizations that are a) Licensed/certified to operate in the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and b) Regulated, permitted, and experienced in operations of river cruise excursions on the Ohio, Tennessee, and Mississippi Rivers. Organizations responding to this RFP must be prepared to comply with all federal, state, and local law related to river industry, and tourism. Respondents to this RFP will be expected to meet or exceed the minimum qualifications set forth in this RFP. The intent of this RFP is to identify those entities that are qualified and capable of providing this service for the City of Paducah. Organizations are invited to submit a proposal by the submission deadline of 10 a.m. CST on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Priority Docking RFP Packet Priority Docking Addendum 1 Request for Bids - Ductwork Cleaning and Sealing of Paducah City Hall The City of Paducah Public Works Department will receive sealed bids for the ductwork cleaning and sealing of Paducah City Hall located at 300 South 5th Street. The bids are due December 11, 2025, at 2 P.M. CST. All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Commission Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 300 South 5th Street, Paducah, Kentucky. Copies of Plans and Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Public Works Department located at 1120 North 10th Street. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held at City Hall, 300 South 5th Street, on November 19, 2025, at 2 p.m. CST. Request for Proposals - City of Paducah Telecommunications Provider Franchise The City of Paducah is soliciting proposals from parties interested in obtaining franchises to operate telecommunications systems within the confines of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, pursuant to Chapter 108 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah. Franchise(s) awarded pursuant to this Request for Proposals will be non-exclusive and will be for ten (10) years. Proposals must meet all the requirements of Chapter 108 of the Paducah Code of Ordinances. The bid openings will occur quarterly on a rolling basis through 2026. Bid opening dates are as follows: March 4, 2026; June 3, 2026; September 2, 2026; and December 2, 2026. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m., local time on the day of the opening.
