Duct Leakage Testers

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking quotations for duct leakage testers and flex hose. The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, and the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334519. The USDA requires delivery of all items by June 1, 2026. • The salient characteristics of the required items include 230v/1ph/16A operation, precision variable speed controller, 25 feet of flex-duct, and certified calibration certificate for each orifice plate. • The offeror must provide descriptive literature such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer. • The offeror must clearly identify the item by brand name, make, and model number, or identify it as an "equal" product. • The offeror must include sufficient descriptive literature or documentation to demonstrate how the proposed product meets or exceeds the required salient characteristics.
