Green Jobs Green New York- Primary Loan Servicer

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) is seeking a loan servicing organization to service its Green Jobs Green New York (GJGNY) loan portfolio exceeding $660 million in residential loans. The loan servicer will be responsible for establishing loans, accepting borrower payments, applying payments to late fees and interest, and providing monthly reports. The contract term shall be 10 years with a 5-year option to renew at NYSERDA's discretion. • The loan portfolio includes unsecured consumer loans for energy efficiency improvements in single-family residential, multifamily residential, not-for-profit, and small commercial structures. • The loan servicer will be responsible for loan set-up, borrower communication, payment processing, and delinquent account management. • The servicer will also be required to provide monthly reports, including a trial balance, delinquency reports, and payment histories. • The servicer must comply with NYSERDA's information security policies and accessibility requirements. • The servicer must also disclose any conflicts of interest, certify to NYSERDA that it has not been debarred or suspended by any agency of the U.S. Government or the New York State Department of Labor, and comply with the New York Public Officers Law.
