NOTICE INVITING BIDS (NOTICE) FOR CITY OF TRACY TOP DRESSING AND FIR BARK HUMUS PROCUREMENT, SALE, AND DELIVERY SERVICES CITY OF TRACY NOTICE INVITING BIDS (NOTICE) 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TRACY (hereinafter "City") requests bids for TOP DRESSING AND FIR BARK HUMUS PROCUREMENT, SALE, AND DELIVERY SERVICES (hereinafter “Project”) and will receive bids in the office of the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department, 333 Civic Center Plaza, Tracy, CA, 95376, ATTN: Roy Valadez, Management Analyst II, up to the hour of 4 p.m. (Pacific Standard), October 27, 2025. 2. The services to be performed by the successful proposer(s) are described in the Notice Inviting Bids (which is attached). Copies of the Notice are available at the Parks, Recreation, & Community Services Department and online at www.cityoftracy.org/government/rfp-notices. Bids shall be submitted and clearly marked on the outside of a sealed envelope as follows: “SEALED BID FOR TOP DRESSING AND FIR BARK HUMUS PROCUREMENT, SALE, AND DELIVERY SERVICES – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.” 4. All responsive submittals shall be reviewed and evaluated by the City in order to determine which bidder best meets the City’s needs by demonstrating the competence and professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the required services. The criteria by which the City shall evaluate submittals are outlined in this Notice. 5.
